happy chinese new year!

hey! haha last week was pretty exciting.. so i'll blog abt what happened starting from monday! which is.. 12 feb!

monday was yiyi's birthday! :) zoomed to the amphi and dropped some letters from weixun's birthday card along the way. haha but i got to pass yiyi her present, sing her a bday song and watch her do a dare! yay! fell asleep on the bleachers during pe.. and we had og dinner after school! :D oh! we passed weixun his present before school and i think he was happy with it or rather them! yay bear family! haha. we went to cafe cartel to celebrate weixun's birthday! it was a celebration cum og dinner la.. the waitress wanted us to choose between seats inside the cafe and outside and in the end we chose outside cos weixun said the one inside was less comfy. haha. before the food came they started telling lame jokes. hahaha actually it was quite funny! and they played cai quan too! dinner wasnt too bad. hahaha but i had to leave soon after we finished the food! okay everyone left. haha. legongsimi we'll have fun during o2! and our og will still remain strong! the og table will always be there! :)

nothing much happened on tuesday. haha had council briefing after school which added to my dilemma! haha will elaborate abt that later. went for training but didnt really train cos it was 6 alr. haha henry asked me to suit up like the moment i stepped in and i was like "err i didnt bring my suit!" his face was quite funny hahaha. but he's nice la! he just told me to change then see what we could do. but i didnt feel like cos too little time left so i just sat down at the side heehee. and i was hungry so gugu gave me chocs! :D then he walked past and he was like "WAH dont train still eat chocolate ah!" hahaha. in the end i was tempted by the pt given to the new j1s. haha it was the blade jumping exercise! :D so i did it. after that i did smth else too! just cant rmb what haha and i was damn sweaty by then! yup so went to change and went home with yuanzi and his friend [i dont know his name!] their rugby discussion was quite amusing haha and surprisingly i understood more than half of it! :D and yuanzi kept saying he was in a rush and i only realised why after we got on the train. hahaha!

wednesday was valentine's day! my valentine's day was never really exciting until last yr but this yr was even more exciting! haha i think rj was quite hyped up abt the whole thing and everyone got smth so its quite cool! the first time i got a rose from a guy! haha two in fact. :D cos they shared the rose which was supposed to be anonymous. haha but it was damn sweet! :) i got a rose from janelle too! and a gerbera from audrey! haha and a paper rose from kenneth and another from joseph. and a plastic one from xinyi and qin(g)yi [from so6r!]. i didnt really like flowers in the past but after vday i decided they're not too bad! haha but that doesnt change the fact that they'll wither eventually.. haha okay i guess i'll just have to conclude that i'll appreciate any flower that i get and i'll like it! other than that.. i got various notes and chocs from people like jer, kehui, and manymany more especially the classmates! i love 08s03f! I HOPE I WONT HAVE TO CHANGE CLASS! after school i went for lunch with alvin and yuanzi. -.-" long story. but alvin gave jer and me chocs HAHA. another long story. no actually the same one. OKAY anyway.. lunch at pastamania wasnt too bad but the spicy chicken is SUPER spicy. haha. but the two of them provided lots of entertainment especially alvin's stories! after lunch went back to school with them and found my ct to change subject combi. ahhh. i really hope i wont regret it cos i cant change back and i took a really long time to decide to change. but i suppose bio will be easier when you take chem? and i dont regret trying bio physics for the first three months cos that's really where my interest lies. physics will always be preferred over chem where interest is concerned but for now.. I LOVE CHEM! hahaha that convinced me! did it convince you? yup then sat at the amphi for awhile with jer kehui amandawoon eleanor etc before going home. oooh i bought my sis a rose! i think she liked it :D yup i had a lovely valentine's day!

thursday.. nothing much happened i think. haha. had sushi and agadeshi (?) tofu for lunch! DAMN NICE! after that went to pastamania with ally, kenneth and yuanzi.. hahaha and i ate tiramisu! chang, fangxun and two of their friends were playing i never nearby and their forfeits were seriously amusing! "this is your shoulder. the distance from the right shoulder to your neck and your neck to the left shoulder is the same!" haha i totally didnt get that. went back to school after lunch and fell asleep at a canteen table. haha. couldnt help it.. there wasnt any work to do! but i got woken up by yinglin! hahaha. chatted with her for abt an hour! then had to go for trng.. haha. wasnt that bad la. ohwait it was quite tiring! haha staying in lunge position killed my thighs, knees and ankles! fenced a few times. i cant do the totally no parrying thing la its my natural reaction cos i dont really attack! roar. but i will learn! :D i hope. somehow addy and gugu disappeared and yuanzi asked me to do frog jumps! haha but not bad la negotiated from 5 sets to 2. hahahaha. tried pulling people to do with me but no one wanted to! haha in the end i almost did them myself but gugu came along! she did one set with me then she did smth else while i did the second set. i think my frog jumps are lousy. hahah but its okay cos IMPROVEMENT is along the way! yesss haha i shall do more the next time i have to! :) and yuanzi im sorry for complaining haha my legs were really damn pain la! but not all because of your frog jumps of course. :D anyway.. training would be lonely without addy gugu and jer! so im glad that you guys are almost always there!

and friday! haha ooh take 5! daddy fetched jer and i to ccab! i love daddy! :D first person i saw from the class was joseph. haha. and we found ashvin after that! slowly our class formed! and we had to find a place to stand. so ashvin and i smartly decided to go look for it. after walking around the whole area and not finding the sign for 08S03F, we decided to go to the front and ask. at this point i was like "aiya maybe they like us too much they want us to sit on the chairs" which of course wasnt the case. the chairs were for the audience for talentime.. yup so we went to ask a councillor and she showed us the map. we were supposed to stand.. RIGHT IN FRONT. hahaha. couldnt believe we missed it la! yup so we had assembly and then watched the lion dancers perform! was free and easy after that so my class went to the botanic gardens for a picnic! haha but nicolette, vivian and i were lagging behind cos we went to the toilet! or rather they were waiting for me in the toilet but they went also k! hahaha. so we had to find the place ourselves. and kenneth totally rocks. haha we called him to ask him for directions and at some point in time he called us and was like "EH did you all climb up a slope? i think need to climb back down cos just now we climbed up then went down again! do you all see this white tall nus building?" and we were right in front of it! so he told us not to move. haha and he found us. turned out it was another slope that they climbed up and down. :D vivian and nicolette we're not bad la! so we had a picnic by the lake. haha i ate alot la! then we had to play the pocky game. 0.o no one noticed that kenneth and i succeeded la!! and they wanted to play some hello panda game but we didnt in the end. haha. so we sat around, took photos and ate! then went back to ccab to catch wenjun and triad perform! had some kind of class bonding going on behind the stage after their performance. hahaa basically everyone just sat around and talked abit. but the guys who were enthusiastically taking photos of themselves were quite scary! HAHAHA. we thought only girls did that. -.-" went for class lunch after take 5 ended.. at bk! haha AND I SAW MR LIM! :D:D not v sure what the class did after that cos i had to go home.. went home and napped for quite some time. hahah then went for dinner! and watched tv. alot of tv!

saturday was chinese new year's eve! went to the market in the morning to get some more groceries! and my favourite nian gao :D then came home and started preparing! my sis and i are definitely more helpful this year compared to the previous years! i am an expert can opener! and pea peeler! and taukwa fryer! hahaha had lunch at like 2. then cleaned my room abit before falling asleep in the living room! before i knew it, it was dinner time! thennnn. countdown show! haha year of the pig is here!

yesterday was the first day of the new year! stayed at home the whole day.. haha. but we wore our new clothes! damn cute haha. ate lunch, watched tv, slept, ate dinner, watched tv again! yeah haha actually that sums up the first day.. family bonding. :)

today was exciting! spent the morning eating my beehoon hahaha. then read abit of bio - carbohydrates. lecture test coming up! cannot la i wanna do well! okay fine who doesnt. left the house at one plus to visit my granddad! he's still happy and healthy so yay! when we reached there two aunties and one uncle was there.. haha and the auntie we dont usually meet said she couldnt recognise us! haha. then my eldest auntie came! she's like the life of the party! haha the moment she came with my cousin the house was super noisy! then they started cooking while my sis and i tried to look useful but it didnt work cos they asked us to sit down on the sofa. hahaha. but we did what we do best - entertaining our granddad and uncle! hahaha. yup so just before dinner, another of my uncles came! with someone interesting. haha. dinner was not bad! now we know where mummy learnt her cooking.. :) and after dinner we started watching the show with ella and two of the guys from fahrenheit! haha they're quite cute! :$ ahhhh cannot like more guys! hahaha. and my other cousin came! with her husband and two kids. we left before i found out the girl's name but they're cute anyway! hopefully i'll see them again! :) came home after that.. haha.
